Shipping & Delivery


Shipping rates are predetermined by our carriers. All orders $75+  SHIP FREE! Most items will ship Priority mail via USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders and sent to the email address on file. We ship from our store based in St. Louis, MO. Below is a map for estimated shipping times to the contiguous 48. Add one day handling time. 


Customer Pickup

Customer pickup hours are available at our location Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm. Customers who wish to pick up their orders will need to call and request a local pickup before placing an order. Orders can then be picked up within 4 hours (Same or next business day) after order is received.

Freight Forwarding Policy

Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues, damaged shipments, and warranty issues, does not allow shipping to freight forwarding services. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipped to freight forwarders/holders without notice. Any order shipped to freight forwarding or holding facility will not be eligible for any support.

Change Order Requests can accommodate order change requests prior to the order being shipped. Typically, orders are picked 1-4 hours after being placed. Our warehouse team works hard to ensure that all orders placed before 3:30pm CST M-F are packaged and shipped the same day. In order to achieve this, orders can no longer be modified once they have begun the shipping process.
